For Lehi City Council
My name is Stephen “Polo” Su’a-Filo, and I’m running for Lehi City Council because I care deeply about the future of this city—for my three kids, and for every family who calls Lehi home.
I’m a civil engineer and assistant project manager at Provo River Water Users Association. I work every day to manage Utah’s most precious resource—water. That experience gives me a deep understanding of infrastructure, growth, and long-term planning. I want to make sure Lehi continues to grow the right way: with clear zoning, responsible budgets, and strong investment in our roads, utilities, and services.
I bring the perspective of an active community member. I grew up in Hawaii and South Carolina, served a mission in Idaho, played football at Snow College, and earned my degree at USU. I’ve lived in Lehi six years now, and I chose to build my life here because Lehi reflects my values: faith, service, and family. I serve in my church, volunteer with global water initiatives, and never sit still when there’s work to be done.
I’ll bring energy, integrity, and transparency to the Council. I’ll listen to residents and work hard to represent everyday families—because this is our home, and we all deserve a voice in its future.
